Advertencia de Acción de Agencia (NAA) (ORS)
Advertencia a los partidos utilizados por ORS de cumplir los requisitos debidos del proceso. La advertencia trata específicamente con alegaciones para necesidades de apoyo del niño y apoyo médico. La advertencia también puede incluir una alegación de paternidad cuando la paternidad no se ha establecido. La advertencia es el equivalente administrativo de una citación y queja en el área Judicial.

Notice of Agency Action (NAA) - Notice to parties used by ORS to fulfill due process requirements. The notice deals specifically with allegations for a need of medical and child support. The notice can also include an allegation of paternity when paternity has not been established. The notice is the administrative equivalent of a summons and complaint in the Judicial arena.
