Causa Justa (ORS)
Determinación hecha por los servicios de trabajo (Work Force Services) que liberan al Padre de Custodia de cualquier obligación de ayudar ORS en seguir el no padre de custodia para el apoyo del niño para rembolsar el Estado. Generalmente la determinación se basa en el potencial de daño al padre de custodia o el niño.

Good Cause - Determination made by Department of Workforce Services (DWS) releasing the custodial parent of any obligation to assist ORS in pursuing the non-custodial parent for child support to reimburse the State. Generally the determination is based on the potential for harm to custodial parent or child.
